INTERSCHOOLS MUSIC FESTIVAL 

Interschools Music Festival 28th Feb & 1st March 2025

Applications for Interschools Music Festival 2025 will open be from January 1st – January 31st 2025. 

The Interschools Music Festival is a musical event for primary and secondary level students. It aims to give pupils the opportunity to perform, representing their schools within a musical forum. The competitions cover a range of musical genres including classical, rock and traditional.

Each year the festival takes place in Wesley College, Ballinteer over two days in early March. The festival provides a platform for young performers where they gain confidence and experience in front of an encouraging and sympathetic audience. 

Though noted for its friendly and relaxed atmosphere, standards are high and the festival provides a perfect testing ground for examinations, other feiseanna and public appearances. 

Interschools Music Festival Committee
